SHIPPING/HANDLING
We ship everyday, Monday thru Saturday
- Contact shipping@trickmounts.com for any shipping questions.
- We use certified USPS shipping. Domestic Priority mail shipping cost is $7 +$3 each additional item and will be 2-3 days in transit.
- Worldwide priority shipping WITHOUT INSURANCE OR TRACKING is available outside the U.S. Cost is $20 + $5 each additional item and will be 10-15 days in transit.
- Domestic shipping insurance is on $3 and recommended on all orders. We will NOT be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise in transit!
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipment date. If the mistake was ours, we will take care of your return shipping costs. If there was no mistake on our part, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you need to return an item, please notify us via email: sales@trickmounts.com with your order and payment info and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Please allow 4 weeks for this credit to appear. |
